The Boring App does nothing. You open it, press one button, and put the phone down. It counts how long you last. Everyone else is doing the same thing, badly, and you can see exactly where you rank.
One button. The timer starts and the screen stops asking anything of you.

Global and friends boards, updated while you sit there. Longer sessions get quieter, not louder.
